Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Customers may request a refund (excluding processing and/or shipping costs), by contacting Atlanta Insurance School at 404-408-2912 or by emailing Info@AISATL.com.

Please note that our refund policy may change and can vary by state. For the most up-to-date version, please visit our website at the bottom of the page or go to https://aisatl.com/terms.html.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

  • The customer must have spent less than 1 hour in the course.

  • No exams or quizzes have been accessed by the customer.

  • The customer has not earned a certificate of completion (if applicable to the purchased product)

  • All physical materials must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 calendar days from the refund request date.

Refunds will not be provided for failure to complete study materials or attend purchased lectures.

Access to online materials will be revoked once the refund is approved. *Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Our courses and materials are accessible online once your registration is fully completed. Our platform is optimized for use on modern, up-to-date browsers and systems. However, your experience and the information may vary depending on factors such as your browser, operating system, security software, and whether you're using a desktop or mobile device.

Correction of Your Personal Information:

At Atlanta Insurance School, we prioritize accuracy in maintaining your personal data. For example, if you discover a misspelled name on a completion record, we may need to verify your identity before making the correction and ensure that all your records reflect the change.
